SUPER MOIST BROWNIES 
FOR BROWNIES:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
16 oz. can Hershey syrup
1 c. sugar
4 eggs

FOR FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips

For brownies: Mix all ingredients together. Pour into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

For frosting: Mix sugar, butter and milk together in saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Let boil one minute. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Spread over cooled brownies.
