ITALIAN MANICOTTI 
1 pkg. manicotti noodles
1 lb. hamburger
2 (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
24 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Large bottle Ragu, extra thick and zesty
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. herbs of each garlic, powder basil, oregano
1/4 c. chopped onion

Cook noodles until soft but firm. Simmer Ragu for 1 hour, add 2 tablespoons butter, handful onion flakes, pinch of basil.

Brown hamburger add herbs while browning, drain. Mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and 1 package Mozzarella cheese. Combine hamburger and cheese mixture. Stuff noodles with mixture, lay in 9 x 13 pan. Cover all noodles with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered last 15 minutes. Cover with other package of Mozzarella cheese.
