PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 pkg. pasta
2 c. broccoli florets
1 1/2 c. each carrot strips, red and green pepper strips
1/4 c. olive oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta as directed. Cook broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and cool. Add carrots to boiling water, cook 1 1/2 minutes. Remove and cool. Saute pepper strips in oil until tender. Add zucchini and garlic and saute 1 minute. Add carrots, broccoli, peppers and seasonings to pasta. Add butter and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 8 servings.
