LEMON BARS 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. coconut
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
Zest of 2 lemons

Mix together flour, sugar, salt, and butter until it resembles meal. Press into 12 x 18 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix together confectioners sugar, zest and juice, then spread over bars. Cut into 1 x 1 1/2 inch squares.
