FRESH MUSHROOM SALAD 
1 head Romaine, washed & chilled
1 head lettuce, washed & chilled
1/2 lb. mushrooms, trimmed & sliced
Garden Dressing

Line salad bowl with Romaine leaves. Into bowl tear lettuce into bite-size pieces (about 8 cups). Add mushrooms; pour dressing over greens and toss. 6-8 servings.
