BUTTER HERB BAKED FISH 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. frozen perch fillets, thawed & drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13 x 9 inch baking pan melt butter in preheated oven (5 to 7 minutes). Meanwhile, in 9 inch pie pan, combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder. Dip fish fillets in butter and then in crumb mixture. Arrange fish fillets in baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish is tender and flakes with a fork.
