BROCCOLI/CAULIFOWER SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli
2 medium red onions (thinly sliced)
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
8 slices bacon (fried and broken into pieces)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 head cauliflower

Mix broccoli, onions, and bacon together gently. Blend mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar together and fold into vegetable mixture. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
