EASY BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 lg. chicken
1 med. onion
3 c. liquid (either water or juices from canned vegetables)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 c. canned green limas
2 c. canned whole kernel corn
Salt & pepper to taste

Cut up chicken in large pieces and cook in large kettle with onion, liquid and salt. Cook until tender, then bone chicken. Add tomatoes, limas and corn. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat through and serve.

You can also add small bits of leftovers such as peas, rice, bacon, etc.
