HONEY - ORANGE BREAD 
1 egg
2 tbsp. soft shortening
1 c. honey
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. All Bran
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat egg and shortening together in mixing bowl. Continue beating while adding honey in a fine stream. Add orange rind and orange juice; mix well. Add All Bran; let stand for about 10 minutes.

Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to All Bran mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread in greased loaf pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
