PAM'S LASAGNA 
MEAT SAUCE:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 chopped onion
Season to taste with garlic salt and Italian seasoning
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste

Brown meat, add onion and seasoning, then tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 1/2 hour on low heat.

1 pkg. lasagna noodles

Cook until just tender.

CHEESE SAUCE:

1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. parsley flakes
Sliced Mozzarella cheese

Put cottage cheese in blender for a few seconds to cream, then stir in Parmesan and parsley.

1. Noodles.

2. Meat sauce.

3. Cheese sauce.

4. Mozzarella.

Top row will be noodles, then cover with Ragu sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
