1 stick butter
6 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts

Put butter in pan and melt. Add cocoa and water. Bring just to a boil and add the rest of ingredients. Allow to cool slightly and then spread onto cake surface.
