ICE BOX CHERRY OR LEMON CHEESE
CAKE
 
16 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 - 2 c. powdered sugar
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
10 oz. cherry pie filling or sm. box of lemon pie filling

Let butter and cream cheese get to room temperature. Mix powdered sugar with cream cheese. Let set for 20 minutes, then mix again. Mix brown sugar and butter, then add graham crackers. Press into 8 inch pie pan. Add mix. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes then add topping of choice. Make sure topping is cool.
