ICE BOX SUGAR DROP COOKIES 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
2 level tsp. baking soda (in cream)
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Add white sugar, brown sugar and shortening together and push to one side of bowl. Then add eggs, sour cream, soda, vanilla; beat all together. Add flour with salt and baking powder. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Drop onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 475 degrees until lightly brown.
