12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion evenly over bottom of pan. Place remaining ingredients in blender, mix on high for 1 minute. Pour into pie pan.

Bake until golden brown and knife comes out clean when inserted in center. Bake 50-55 minutes. Let stand before cutting.
