CARAMEL RICE KRISPIE BARS 
2 pkg. mini marshmallows (divided)
1 c. butter (divided)
8 c. Rice Krispies
1 pkg. caramels
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. milk chocolate chips

Melt 1 1/2 packages marshmallows with 1/2 cup butter. Add Rice Krispies. Pack 2/3 of mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 package of marshmallows and milk chocolate chips on top. Unwrap caramels and melt with sweetened condensed milk and remaining 1/2 cup butter. Pour over mixture in pan. Pat remaining 1/3 of cereal mixture on top. Dampen fingers before patting cereal on top. Refrigerate. Cut into bars.
