BUBBLE BREAD 
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Mix 2 cups flour in bowl plus next 3 ingredients. Heat 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup butter and slowly pour into bowl. Beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and rest of flour until stiff. Put on board, knead with flour 10 minutes. Let rise until double. Pinch and let set 10 minutes. In separate bowl melt butter, add remaining ingredients. Divide dough in small balls. Roll each in butter, then sugar mix. Place in angel food cake pan. Let rise. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Dribble powdered sugar icing.

GLAZE:

Stir together 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 tablespoon milk. Drizzle over cake.
