PEACH COBBLER 
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
29 oz. can peaches
12 oz. can peach nectar

Melt 1/4 cup butter in 9"x13" pan. Beat together well 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, pinch salt and 3/4 cup milk. Pour this mixture over melted butter in pan. Pour 29 ounce can sliced peaches on top of the batter and add 12 ounce can peach nectar over peaches. Sprinkle little sugar on top of this mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Any kind of fruit can be substituted.
