MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
3/4 c. Crisco oil

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. granulated sugar (optional)

Mix all above cake ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or oblong pan for 45 minutes, cool.

Mix frosting ingredients with spoon. Let set in refrigerator while cake is baking and cooling. Frost cake.
