CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. salt
1 lg. head cabbage
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Remove leaves from cabbage and immerse in hot water. Mix hamburger meat, milk and rice. Making small roll, place meat in cabbage leaves and roll. (Secure with toothpicks.) Pack cabbage rolls in slow cooker or large boiler. Cover with tomatoes. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours.
