CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
3 lb. chicken legs & thighs or breasts
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tomato
1/2 lb. noodles
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tbsp. chopped parsley

1. Saute onion in butter until soft in large skillet with cover. Stir in paprika and flour; cook stirring constantly 1 minute. Stir in salt, pepper and tomato (breaking with spoon).

2. Add chicken, turning to coat pieces well; cover. Simmer 30 minutes. Turn chicken simmer 15 minutes longer, or until chicken is tender.

3. Cook noodles, follow directions; drain; spoon onto hot serving plate. Remove chicken with slotted spoon onto plate.

4. Spoon sour cream into a medium size bowl. Heat sauce in skillet to boiling; stir sauce slowly into sour cream, blending well. Spoon over chicken and noodles. 4 servings.
