ALOHA LOAF 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe banana
4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. shredded coconut

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs mix well. Stir in banana. Sift flour with baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture mix well. Fold in undrained pineapple and coconut. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes or until tests done. Remove from pans to cool. Makes 2 loaves.
