CHEDDAR HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 pkgs. of 12 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream chicken soup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion, minced
2 c. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

2 c. Corn Flakes

Mix all ingredients. Place in greased 13 x 9 inch dish. Sprinkle 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
