2 egg whites
4 c. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place nuts in small bowl; pour egg whites over nuts and stir until nuts are coated and sticky. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over nuts, stirring until sugar mixture completely coats nuts. Spread on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes. Makes about 4 cups.
