MILK DUD CAKE 
1 c. Holland Rusk (toast), crushed
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts
6 eggs, separated
Whipping cream, whipped

Beat egg yolks and add other ingredients. Beat egg whites and fold into above mixture. Spread on ungreased 9x12 or 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool well. Spread 1/2 to 1 pint whipping cream over cooled cake. Then pour cooled caramel mix over that and refrigerate.

CARAMEL MIX:

Stir until melted and then cool well:

4 boxes Milk Duds
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
