MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/3 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. pecans

Cream butter and sugar, add water and vanilla. Add flour, then pecans. Roll and cut and bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not brown. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
