CORNBREAD SALAD 
BREAD:

1 c. cornmeal
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar

RELISH:

1 c. sweet pickle relish
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1 c. chopped bell pepper

Bake bread until brown. Let cool. Layer bread and relish mixture in large bowl. Mix 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon sugar, spread over top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Toss well.
