2 c. mashed potatoes (instant or fresh-cooked) 1 c. salmon, crumbled (left-over fresh, canned or smoked) 2 tbsp. chopped green onions 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley Black pepper and Lawry's seasoning salt to taste Combine and form into patties. Place on wax paper and cool until ready to cook. Fry in a small amount of oil or butter until lightly brown. Turn and do same. The potatoes should be rather firm to hold shape. Yield: 3-4 servings. |
