CREAM LEFSE 
2 pt. milk
1 pt. cream
10 tbsp. shortening
3 tsp. salt
Enough flour to make soft dough

Scald milk and cream; add salt and flour. When cool, take 3 tablespoons dough. Roll out as thin as possible on floured surface. Bake on lefse griddle until lightly browned. Cool to store. These may be buttered and sugared according to taste. Usually served rolled up.
