BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (3 lb.) broiler fryers, each cut into 1/4ths

In a large roasting pan in 425 degree oven, melt the butter.

Meanwhile, in pie plate, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Coat the chicken quarter evenly with the mixture.

In roasting pan, place chicken pieces, skin side down, in melted butter. Bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces and bake 15 minutes more until pieces are fork tender.
