HOT FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 (29 oz.) can drained peach halves
1 (29 oz.) can pitted apricot halves
3 cored/peeled apples, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1 lg. can pears
2 pkg. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. Triple Sec liqueur
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Put all fruit in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with liqueur and honey then sprinkle with sugar and spices. Mix with fruit. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot.

NOTE: Can be served alone or over ice cream or sponge cake.
