CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1-1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. uncooked rice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can (drained) bean sprouts
2 c. chopped onions
1 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown meat until tender and brown. Add onions and celery; saute for a few minutes longer. Add rest of ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Top with buttered crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for about 1-1 1/2 hours.
