1 (8 inch) baked and cooled pie shell
1 c. grated sharp or mild Cheddar cheese
3 lg. eggs
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch salad dressing mix - original Ranch
2 tbsp. cooked bacon bits

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle cheese in pie crust. Whisk eggs until frothy. Add other ingredients and mix. Pour over cheese. Bake 15 minutes, reduce to 350 degrees. Bake 15-20 minutes until center is set (usually needs more time).
