1 (8 inch) baked and cooled pie shell 1 c. grated Swiss cheese 3 lg. eggs 1 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream 1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix 2 tbsp. cooked bacon bits Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle cheese in pie crust. Whisk eggs until frothy. Add other ingredients and mix. Pour over cheese. Bake 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until center is set. Cool. Serves 8. |
