QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 pie crust from dairy case (Pillsbury)
12 slices bacon (1/2 lb.), crispy fried, crumbled
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. onions, minced
4 eggs
2 c. half & half
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare crust. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onions in crust. With rotary beater, blend remaining ingredients; pour over other ingredients. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees. Bake 30 minutes longer until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
