COCOA SHEATH CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sift flour and sugar together. Mix butter, cocoa and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour cocoa mixture over flour, sugar mixture and blend well. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and cinnamon, mixing well. Bake in a greased (no flour) 9 x 13 inch cake pan at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt together in a large pan - butter, cocoa and buttermilk. Remove from heat and add vanilla, powdered sugar and pecans, mixing well. Pour over cake as soon as cake is removed from oven.
