PINEAPPLE-CHEESE DIP 
2 (20 oz.) cans of pineapple tidbits
3/4 cups plain flour
2 cups grated extra sharp cheese
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers

Drain pineapple, but not dry. Mix sugar, flour and cheese. Sprinkle over pineapple. Crumble crackers and sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Melt butter and pour over top.

Bake 30 minutes at 300°F.
