RICOTTA PUDDING 
1 (3 lb.) container of Ricotta cheese
2 1/2 pts. heavy whipping cream
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
Sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Whip cream while adding sugar to taste until creamy. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until cream peaks. Pour cream into cheese and fold together. Fold in chips and refrigerate. Make individual servings.
