RUSSIAN PEASANT DIP | |
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 1/3 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. parsley 2 tbsp. onion 2 tsp. dill weed 2 tsp. beau monde, a seasoning (or Bon Appetite) 12 pitted black olives, chopped fine 1 loaf round bread (rye or pumpernickel) Mix all ingredients together. Then cut top of bread off and scoop out center of bread, and set aside. Put mixed ingredients in scooped out bread and serve with bread pieces or vegetables. |
