SWEDISH RUTABAGAS 
2 med. rutabagas, peeled, quartered and sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Cook rutabagas in boiling water and drain. Combine other ingredients and add to rutabagas. Stir gently over low heat until sugar melts, 2-3 minutes.
