GOLDEN SHRIMP PUFF 
10 slices white bread
6 eggs
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced parsley
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. cleansed cooked or canned shrimp

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Cut crust off bread and cube. Beat eggs and seasonings. Stir in bread, cheese, and shrimp. Pour into 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until set. Serve at once.
