ALMOND JOY CAKE 
Makes 2 (9 x 13 inch) cakes

1 chocolate cake mix (with pudding in mix)
1 1/2 c. Pet milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
24 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. coconut
1 stick butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 pkg. almonds

Mix cake as directed on box. Divide and bake in 2 (9 x 13 x 2 inch) pans at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. While cake is baking mix 1 cup Pet milk, 1 cup sugar. Bring to rapid boil and add marshmallows and coconut.

Stir well. Pour over hot cakes. Set aside. Mix remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup Pet milk, butter. Bring to rapid boil. Add chocolate chips and stir well. Pour over cakes. Top with almonds. Allow to set few hours before serving.
