AMY'S CAESAR SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. salad oil
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Locatelli cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 anchovy fillets, run under water first to remove canned oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 c., about 3 tbsp., crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
Croutons

Put all above ingredients in a blender (tear anchovy fillets before putting in blender). Blend until smooth, 10 or 15 seconds. At the very last minute, blend with lettuce and croutons.
