LANGOSTINO SOUFFLE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. longostinos
1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. pepper, chopped fine
1/3 c. melted butter
5-6 slices bread, cubed

Saute onion and pepper in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix all ingredients together. Let stand a few hours, or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
