JAY HAWK BROWN BREAD 
1 c. raisins
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses
1 tbsp. water
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk

Sift all dry ingredients into bowl. Add buttermilk and water. Stir well, add raisins. Pour into greased and floured coffee cans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
