2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. thin peeled apple slices
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Combine biscuit mix, milk, sugar, oil and egg mix well. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla; mixing until well blended. Spread cheese mixture over batter. Top with apples. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
