MOCHA CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix
1 tbsp. powdered instant coffee
2 boxes Jiffy powdered chocolate frosting mix
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. powdered instant coffee
2 - 3 tbsp. hot water
1 tbsp. light corn syrup

Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package directions, adding 1 tablespoon powdered instant coffee. Bake in 2 round pans. Cool and slice each layer in half, giving you 4 layers. While cake is baking, combine 2 cups frosting mix, 1 1/2 cup whipping cream and 2 teaspoons instant coffee. Beat and fill in layers of cooled cake. Combine the rest of frosting mix, 1/2 cup instant coffee, 2 to 3 tablespoons hot water and 1 tablespoon light corn syrup. Beat until smooth. This will be thin. Pour over cake and refrigerate.
