CARAMEL CRACKER COOKIES 
Graham crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. chopped pecans

Line bottom of jelly roll pan with graham crackers. In saucepan bring to boil the butter and brown sugar. Boil 2 minutes, stirring. Pour evenly over crackers. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Dish will be bubbly when taken from oven. Remove from pan while warm and break into small rectangles when cool enough to handle.
