I don't cook at all, but I love fish. This recipe was amazingly simple and the fish was delicious. The kicker is all I had was butter, lime juice, salt and pepper and it was phenomenal!!! Thanks so much for sharing!!

Made this tonight and my whole family, which includes a 16 and 11 year old, loved it. I had to bake it a little longer. I added cherry tomatoes scattered all over and they were was delicious. Served it over rice for the kids and hubby and over broccoli for me. Awesome!

Fresh rock fish is wonderful, so enjoy it while it lasts. This is a terrific recipe and it enhances the fish. The only ingredient it did not have was the almonds. Thank you for sharing.

I also had to bake the fresh thick fillets 10 minutes longer. Excellent!

This was really good. I put pepper and Cajun seasoning on both sides of the fish before putting the melted butter over it. I also cooked for 10 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered (I like my fish well done). Really good, the kids loved it.

For a Greek version use oregano instead of parsley and use a little garlic in the butter. Delicious!

Delicious! Easy! As a novice when it comes to cooking fish, this will be my "go to" recipe. I tried this because of the other reviews I read, and I agree with those reviews.
