MAPLE LEAF PIE | |
1 (9") pie shell 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. maple syrup 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. whipped cream Whole pecans for decorating Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in remaining ingredients except whipped cream and whole pecans. Pour mixture into pie shell; bake at 400 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes until filling is set. Cool pie and decorate with whole pecans and whipped cream. |
