PEAR PECAN SALAD 
1 (#2 1/2) can pears, drained
1 sm. pkg. lemon or lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries; optional

Bring 1 cup pear juice to boil. Dissolve Jello in it and let stand until syrupy. Beat pears and creamed cheese together in mixer. Add Jello mixture and fold in whipped cream and pecans. Chill.
